Errors during purchase

There are a number of reasons you may receive errors while using our system. The most common cause is due to updates to our platform which become incompatible with cookies stored in your web browser. To this end, in most instances, the simplest solution to fix an issue you may be experiencing is to delete website cookies.

To delete cookies for the various web browsers:

DELETE COOKIES FROM MAIN DOMAIN

Delete the cookies for our main domain: www.gamblingtec.com (even if you have never visited the website, this is where we deliver your account information from).

DELETE COOKIES FROM CASINO BRAND

Delete the cookies from the domain where you are accessing the game applications from and try again.

LOTTERY

Our lottery application is undergoing upgrades and development and if you are experiencing issues with this application, you will need to delete the cookies directly from the app. To do this, visit the application at https://lottery.gamblingtec.com and delete the cookies from the app as per the examples above.

Now try again.
